Fernanda Pedroso is Of Counsel at Evan H. Baron & Associates, having joined the firm in May 2015. Mrs. Pedroso practices exclusively in the area of Family and Collaborative law. Her experience and approach to family law matters provides clients with efficient and effective resolutions that promote the best interest of her clients and their children. She believes families are better served when they are encouraged to find common ground rather than turning their lives into a battleground.
Mrs. Pedroso is a Florida trained collaborative attorney and actively promotes this branch of family law in the community. She is a member of the Collaborative Action Group as well as a Board Member of the Collaborative Family Law Professionals of South Florida. Her work with the Collaborative Action Group seeks to educate businesses, employers and the community as a whole on the benefits of individuals handling their family law matters within the Collaborative Process.
Education: Mrs. Pedroso is a graduate from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad School of Law. During her time in law school, she participated in the NSU Children & Families Clinic as a Certified Legal Intern and was the recipient of the Honorable Charles L. Kaplan Scholarship Award for outstanding service and dedication to children and families.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Florida International University’s School of International Relations and a minor in Sociological & Anthropological Studies.
